About

Software that gets out of the way.

A shop counter is not an office. POS Pilot is built for a place where the queue doesn't wait, the connection drops, and nobody has time to read a manual.

What we hold to

Four commitments

01

Offline is the default, not the fallback

The app runs on the shop computer. Sales, stock and receipts carry on with the connection down, and sync when it returns. A till that stops selling because a server is unreachable isn't a till.

02

Your data is yours

Backup and export work on every plan, including Free. If you stop paying, nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage — you drop to the Free plan and can still take everything with you.

03

Shaped to the trade

A pharmacy needs expiry dates. An electronics shop needs serial numbers. A restaurant needs tables. Pick your business type on first run and the app brings the right fields, units and reports instead of a generic form.

04

Priced for a shop

One price for the whole shop, not per terminal and not per user. The Free plan takes unlimited sales, so a small shop can run on it indefinitely rather than being pushed onto a countdown.

Try it on a real sale

The Free plan needs no card. Install it, ring something up, and judge it on that.
