Questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No card, no trial clock. It stays free as long as you're inside its
allowances — 100 products, 50 customers and 60 days of sales history — and it takes
unlimited sales the whole time.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. POS Pilot runs on the shop computer and keeps selling, printing and
recording stock with the connection down. It syncs to your account once you're back online.
How do I upgrade?
Download the app, then choose a plan inside it. Checkout runs in the app and
your plan is active as soon as it completes — there's nothing to set up on this website.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. A paid subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing
period — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — until you cancel it. You can cancel at
any time from inside the app; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not shorten the
period you have already paid for, so you keep your paid features until it ends. The Free
plan never renews because it never charges.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of payment. Email
support@pospilot.co
and we'll process it. Full terms are on the
refund page.
What happens if I cancel?
Your shop drops back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — your products,
sales and customers stay where they are, and backup and export work on every plan, so you
can take your data with you at any point.
What kind of shop is this for?
