POS Pilot for Windows
Installs on the shop computer and runs there. Your data lives on the machine and syncs to your account when you're online.
Installer
Installs POS Pilot, adds a desktop and Start Menu shortcut, and lets you pick the install folder. No administrator rights needed.
Windows may warn about an unrecognised publisher on first run — the build isn't
code-signed yet. Choose More info → Run anyway. If you want to check the
file is genuine first, its SHA-256 is

Install and open
Run the file and follow the prompts. POS Pilot opens straight into setup — there's no licence key to enter and no account needed to look around.
Tell it what you sell
Pick your business type and the app brings the right fields, units and reports — expiry dates for a pharmacy, serial numbers for electronics, tables for a restaurant.
Add stock and start selling
Type products in, scan them, or bring a spreadsheet across with Smart Import. You're on the Free plan until you choose otherwise.
What it needs
Barcode scanners that type like a keyboard work with no setup. Scanners, scales and cash drawers on USB or serial are managed by the hardware manager on the Pro plan.
